We offer support before, during, and after your conference to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our service is free and impartial, and with extensive local knowledge, we’re here to make the entire process as simple and stress free as possible. The dedicated VHEY Conference Team provides a wide range of practical support tailored to your event needs.

Our Services

Our friendly, professional, dedicated team know Hull and East Yorkshire inside out and are on hand to offer you their local knowledge, expertise and a range of free services to help you with your event every step of the way.

Planning and Preparation

We can give impartial advice selecting venues which meet your requirements and negotiating rates. We will then work with you and the venues to arrange a site visit to all your preferred venues. We can also negotiate rates with local accommodation providers and provide a bespoke booking site.

Logistics

The team can advise on travel information to the destination to facilitate delegates’ journey to the conference. We can support with local contacts and experts, and we can help with social programming whether you need running routes, walking tours, drinks receptions or gala dinners.

Bid support

Marketing & PR

The team can support you with images, film footage, and tailored press releases to assist you when promoting the conference. The team can also attend your event and provide leaflets and maps for your delegates. We can also facilitate conversations around city dressing.

Our HEY Volunteers

We work closely with the HEY Volunteer team who can provide volunteers to support your event. You have access to a pool of over 2,500 welcoming volunteers who will cheerfully welcome your delegates, provide wayfinding support or assist you with tasks during your event.
